This position focuses on the comprehensive maintenance of production machinery, covering both preventive and corrective tasks. The primary objective is to ensure continuous plant operations by minimizing unplanned stoppages that could affect productivity. Responsibilities include routine supervision of equipment, identification of potential failures, and execution of necessary repairs to restore optimal functionality. The role also involves close collaboration with production teams to perform technical adjustments and line commissioning, ensuring all systems operate within established parameters. A proactive attitude is required to detect electromechanical incidents, diagnose their root causes, and implement effective solutions. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace is a fundamental aspect of ensuring a safe and operational environment. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for documenting interventions performed, reporting incidents, and participating in the continuous improvement of maintenance protocols. This position is critical to operational sustainability, requiring a methodical approach and strong technical problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic and demanding industrial environment. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, organized into rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, following a specific sequence. Remuneration is determined according to the Graphic Arts Collective Agreement, corresponding to Level Thirteen, comprising a base salary plus applicable night-shift supplements. The contractual arrangement offered is a substitution contract with the company, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. A medium or higher-level vocational training qualification (FP) in Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline is required. Practical experience of at least three years in maintenance or technical support roles within an industrial plant environment is desirable. Proficiency in fault diagnosis, handling of electrical panels, and knowledge of basic industrial mechanics will be positively valued.
