




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen professional to prepare dishes, manage inventory, coordinate service, and supervise the team, while maintaining a positive work environment. Supervising the team to ensure proper operation and a professional environment. We are looking for someone to handle daily kitchen tasks at a hospitality establishment in Marbella. This is a temporary, full-time position. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing dishes according to prescribed recipes, ensuring impeccable presentation at all times, and maintaining strict hygiene throughout the entire workspace. In addition to cooking, you will manage inventory, place orders, and coordinate the hot line during service to ensure timely dish delivery. You will also supervise the team to ensure smooth operations and consistently maintain a positive and professional work environment. You must be capable of organizing workflow during peak demand periods and resolving unexpected issues promptly. Minimum two years of verifiable experience performing similar duties. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate efficiently with other staff members. Customer-oriented.
