RECEPTIONIST – ZARAGOZA CLINIC (MÁLAGA) Are you passionate about customer service and do you enjoy making people feel well cared for from the very first moment? At **Zaragoza Clinic**, a healthcare center specializing in Podiatry and Physiotherapy, we are looking to hire a **receptionist** to join our team. We seek an organized, resourceful, friendly individual with excellent patient interaction skills, who enjoys teamwork and wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic and close-knit environment. What will your responsibilities be? * Reception and assistance of patients, both in person and by phone. * Management of schedules and appointments. * Confirmation and organization of consultations. * Billing of treatments and administrative management. * Handling of WhatsApp messages and email correspondence. * Coordination with the healthcare team to deliver the best possible patient experience. * Daily reception tasks, including organization and support. What are we looking for? * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * An organized, responsible, and resourceful individual. * Professional appearance and a positive attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in using computer tools. * Prior experience in reception, healthcare clinics, or customer-facing roles is valued but not mandatory.
