We are seeking experienced personnel to work in a meat cutting and boning room in Cártama. Main tasks will include cutting meat products, deboning cuts, and other cutting and handling operations. You will also be responsible for finishing the meat, ensuring the quality of each piece, and preparing the final product. You will be part of a production line where you can refine your cutting techniques. Additionally, you will handle loading and supplying raw materials. It is essential to maintain tools in perfect condition for efficient and safe operation. Previous experience in industrial slaughterhouses and production lines is required, along with demonstrated skill in handling knives and cutting tools. The ability to work under pressure and good physical condition for moving goods will be valued. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and compliance with quality and food safety standards are essential.
