**Objective**

As part of the activities and actions currently being carried out by the Foundation’s Specialized Intervention Area for Men Who Perpetrate Violence and its Prevention and Awareness-Raising Area nationwide, the hiring and incorporation of a Psychologist specialized in individual and group psychological intervention with men who perpetrate violence is required.
The position’s main mission is to develop and implement the activities outlined in the projects of the Specialized Intervention Area for Men Who Perpetrate Violence and the Prevention and Awareness-Raising Area, including group and individual psychological interventions with men who perpetrate violence and prevention workshops, ensuring their proper implementation in accordance with the Foundation’s guidelines and approaches.
The selected candidate, under the direct supervision of the Head of the Intervention Area with Perpetrators, will primarily assume and carry out the following functions and tasks:
Organize and implement group and individual activities for psychological intervention as outlined in the projects.
Provide technical support in the design, development, and implementation of actions targeting men who perpetrate violence.
Conduct group and individual psychological support sessions with men who perpetrate violence.
Prepare reports on interventions carried out and activity records within the program framework, in compliance with the Foundation’s established requirements.
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of project activities.
Support in evaluating program processes and outcomes.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
* INDEFINITE CONTRACT starting on 23 February 2026, with a weekly working schedule of 15 hours; Thursday is the mandatory in-person day for group interventions, from 14:00 to 20:00.
* Salary conditions: Group 1, according to the Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention.
**Profile:**
**Education and Professional Experience**
* University degree in Psychology.
* Training in Gender-Based Violence, minimum 150 hours.
* At least one year of prior experience in individual and group intervention with men who perpetrate violence.
* Prior experience in developing and implementing awareness-raising and training activities aimed at professional teams.
* Advanced user-level knowledge of office software and Microsoft Office suite.
