Will perform mise-en-place and cover dining room service. 2. Will monitor inventory levels and supervise staff meals and dishes. 3. Will assist in cooking and plating food for service. **Description:** ---------------- H10 Hotels requires a person to work as a Kitchen Assistant at the H10 White Suites hotel in Lanzarote. The main duties will be: * Perform the missing mise-en-place for various stations. * Cover dining room service. * Inspect and control stock of goods. * Serve customer orders within an appropriate timeframe according to standards and requirements. * Supervise the condition of each dish prepared by him before it leaves the kitchen for the dining room. * Supervise staff meals, including cooking and service. * Assist in cooking and plating food for service. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in similar positions. * Relevant culinary training will be valued. * Full-time schedule. * Residence in Lanzarote.
