If you are passionate about hospitality and wish to develop your career within a young, dynamic company with great growth potential, *we want to meet you!* ***Your Mission*** As a Housekeeper, you will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and be part of the team responsible for ensuring guest comfort and well-being, guaranteeing cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of guest rooms and common areas. ***What Will Be Your Responsibilities?*** * Clean, tidy, and ventilate guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards. * Prepare, load, and maintain the housekeeping cart with required supplies. * Collect, distribute, and restock clean linens, as well as remove and sort dirty linens. * Clean lobbies, staircases, and other assigned areas on the respective floor. * Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all types of surfaces. * Restock amenities and stationery supplies in guest rooms. * Identify and report maintenance issues or needs. * Address guest complaints and suggestions, informing your supervisor when necessary. * Keep your work area clean and organized. * Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and data protection regulations. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’d Love You If You Have...*** * Responsible, organized individuals with attention to detail. * Professionalism, courteous demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset. * Demonstrable training relevant to the position offered. * Proven prior experience in similar roles within establishments with a minimum of 200 rooms and all types of operating models. * Basic English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. *If you are interested in joining a solid and expanding project, we look forward to your application!*
