The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets. The candidate must lead a team of approximately 12 people, focusing on delivering excellent customer service in the Horeca channel. Direct responsibilities include managing the profit-and-loss account, controlling margins and inventories, administering stock levels, and supervising center operations. Strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment is also required, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented atmosphere. This role involves implementing continuous improvements, overseeing product quality, and coordinating commercial activities to maximize efficiency. The offer includes a direct employment contract with the company, full-time hours, and rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with one fixed Sunday off and an additional weekday day off.
