The selected candidate will be responsible for daily site control, supervising teams, and ensuring proper execution of work. Responsibilities * Daily organization and supervision of the construction site. * Coordination of in-house staff and subcontractors. * Monitoring of productivity, quality, and safety. * Assignment of tasks and progress tracking of works. * Direct communication with Production Manager and Site Manager. * Basic on-site materials control. Requirements * Experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction. * Valid mandatory Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training courses. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Availability to work in Lanzarote.
