




We are looking for a person to take responsibility for production in the food sector in Reus. The main responsibilities will include full management of the production process, from opening and closing work orders in the computer system to generating daily work sheets and rigorously tracking associated documentation to ensure its proper completion and filing. Additionally, support will be provided to shift supervisors in collecting key performance indicators and preparing production reports. Personnel management will be a fundamental part of the role, covering maintenance and updating of the shift, vacation, and absence schedule, as well as administrative processing of hires, terminations, and changes, in close collaboration with the Human Resources department to ensure correct data synchronization. The position involves a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday on a split shift, with working hours between 09:00 and 17:30, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Block, etc.) is desirable. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is desirable. Fluency in Catalan and/or Spanish, both spoken and written. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization or related fields.
