Main responsibilities include operating the telephone switchboard, managing mail and parcels, receiving visitors, and assisting individuals requesting information. The role also involves controlling access for authorized personnel, preparing facilities for opening and closing, and managing meeting room bookings. A part-time work schedule of 20 hours per week is offered, distributed Monday through Friday on rotating morning shifts. The contract is temporary, covering vacation leave, with potential for extension. The gross monthly salary is €615, paid in 14 installments.
