Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement continuous improvements in processes and equipment Tenerife Shipyards is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department at our shipyard. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, machinery, and equipment, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Manage the maintenance technicians team. * Control the department budget and optimize resources. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental regulations. * Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational downtime. * Supervise external suppliers and subcontracted services. * Implement continuous improvements in processes and equipment. Requirements: * Technical education (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or similar). * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the naval, industrial, or shipyard sector. * Knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Leadership and team management skills. * Organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. * Full-time position Work Location: On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment
