Job Summary: Multi Informática is seeking an experienced and ambitious IT Technician to install, configure, and provide technical support for enterprise management systems, hardware, and technological solutions. We offer IT solutions for POS systems, retail, hospitality, ERP, and CashDro in the Canary Islands. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious IT Technician eager to join our team. Key responsibilities include: * Analysis and installation of enterprise management systems. * Installation and configuration of hardware, connectivity, and spatial analysis of installation components. * Installation and configuration of digital advertising displays. * Installation and configuration of video surveillance cameras. * First-level remote support to end customers for both software and hardware. * On-site incident response and resolution at customer premises. Requirements: * Experience in IT * Understanding of business operations, management practices, and corporate processes * Knowledge of ICG Software or Hiopos systems is highly valued * Commitment and engagement * Help desk experience is highly valued * Strong customer service skills * Ability to manage conflicts with end customers * Intermediate level of English is highly valued * Valid driver's license Teamwork, honesty, transparency, and responsibility will be prioritized above all during candidate selection.
