Identify talented staff and analyze the team’s training needs Organize, lead, and coordinate team work Motivate and engage team members and resolve any issues arising among them Assign and supervise team members’ tasks Organize team shifts and input variables into the relevant systems Ensure proper adherence to standards You are the perfect candidate if...
