**What Are We Looking For?**
We seek a **Reservation Technician** who enjoys helping our guests, is organized and solution-oriented, and wishes to join a professional and collaborative team. If you thrive in the fast-paced hotel environment and feel comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, this role is for you.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
You will be a key player in ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact, taking responsibility for:
* Managing, entering, and modifying reservations across various channels.
* Answering guest, agency, and partner phone calls and emails.
* Monitoring room availability and managing room inventory.
* Coordinating with reception, commercial, and other departments to ensure flawless service.
* Handling modifications, cancellations, special requests, and group bookings.
* Reviewing rates, quotas, and terms and conditions.
* Providing operational support and addressing any incidents that may arise.
**What We Would Like You to Bring:**
* Prior experience in similar roles within the tourism or hospitality sector.
* Proficiency in PMS (Opera is a plus).
* Solid office software skills.
* Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate level of English (additional languages are highly valued).
* Availability to work 20 hours per week according to operational needs.
