Job Summary: We are seeking a Ramp Manager to lead and coordinate apron operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with current standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise daily operation development and incident management. **We are seeking a Ramp Manager to lead and coordinate apron operations, ensuring operational safety, daily operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.** **The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all ramp handling activities, as well as supervising and developing their assigned team.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordinate the execution of procedures and processes on the apron and in the control room, ensuring synchronization of the ground team.** * **Ensure operational and occupational safety, complying with requirements for aircraft dispatch.** * **Ensure proper management of cargo loading/unloading, ramp equipment, and passenger transport to/from the terminal.** * **Supervise daily operation development and ensure adherence to flight schedules.** * **Lead, supervise, and motivate the ramp team in performing their duties.** * **Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.** * **Maintain up-to-date operational manuals and other key documents.** * **Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, environmental, and operational safety regulations.** * **Be responsible for internal base audits, verifying their correct execution across all areas.** * **Establish and supervise processes for managing delays and incidents, reporting to AENA as appropriate.** * **Various administrative tasks** * Valid driving license (Category B) * University degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent experience. * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * Three years of experience in the ramp department of a handling company. * Strong communication and people management skills. * Advanced English proficiency is desirable
