Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Team management in the dining area:** Supervise and coordinate waitstaff and other dining-area employees. * Assign tasks and schedules, ensuring all staff are prepared for each shift. * Train staff in service techniques, customer service, and protocol standards. **Customer service:** * Greet and welcome customers, including VIP guests. * Escort diners to their tables, ensuring their comfort. * Resolve complaints or issues arising during service. * Ensure customers enjoy an excellent gastronomic experience. **Service coordination:** * Plan and organize daily service in collaboration with the head chef. * Ensure dishes are served on time and at the correct temperature. * Supervise dish presentation and proper table setup (table linens, tableware, cutlery, etc.). **Reservation and event management:** * Manage the reservation system and organize special events (banquets, weddings, conferences). * Coordinate with other departments within the establishment to ensure seamless execution of all aspects of an event or reservation. **Stock control and material management:** * Monitor stock levels of dining-area supplies (beverages, cutlery, table linens, etc.). * Request replenishments and ensure essential materials are never unavailable during service. **Regulatory compliance:** * Ensure continuous adherence to hygiene, food safety, and service protocol/quality standards. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum three years’ prior experience as a Maître or in a similar role managing teams. * Education in hospitality, restaurant management, or food and beverage service management. * Advanced English proficiency. * Additional languages are valued. * Possession of a recognized disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunity. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
