An environment that fosters collaboration, transparency, and experimentation Description #### **Hello, Software Architect!** Are you up for a challenge where you can **write a lot of code**, make **real architecture decisions**, and also stay close to **data and AI** (the part that reaches production—not just theory)? #### **What You'll Do** You will be a key contributor in building and evolving services that enable data and AI products. You will design and develop backend services, defining and evolving the architecture to ensure scalability, quality, security, and observability; additionally, you will collaborate with the Data/AI team to bring use cases into production and promote engineering best practices. Requirements #### **What We’re Looking For** * Solid experience as a **Software Architect**, with a backend focus and real technical responsibility. * Experience developing models using **Python**. * Designing scalable architectures (Python/FastAPI) and modeling complex data. * Engineering culture: testing (unit/integration), automation, quality, and code reviews. #### **Bonus Points** * Curiosity/experience in **applied AI**: model integration, inference services, MLOps, or generative AI (e.g., RAG, vector DB, evaluations). * Experience with **Cloud** (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern practices. * Messaging and event\-driven systems. * Experience with **data architectures**: exposing datasets, data-centric services, integration with analytical platforms. #### **Why Join Kelea?** You’ll participate in projects where **how you work matters as much as the outcome**.
