Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Store Manager with retail experience to manage teams, operations, and stock, and support sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage store teams and daily operations. 2. Train and motivate staff while maintaining communication with HR. 3. Monitor inventory and actively support sales. We are looking for a Store Manager in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Prior experience in the retail sector is required, along with team management skills, a proactive attitude, and adaptability. A background in Commerce and Marketing is desirable. Candidates must reside in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, or Lanzarote. Responsibilities include managing employee attendance, schedules, and performance evaluations; training and motivating staff; communicating with HR; placing orders and restocking; monitoring inventory; supervising cash register closing and returns; and supporting sales. A permanent contract with continuous working hours from Monday to Saturday is offered. Salary consists of a fixed base plus variable components. Leadership, customer orientation, commercial skills, and proactivity are highly valued.
