In this role, you will be responsible for managing reception activities at our hotel, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery, with the following responsibilities: * Conduct periodic rooming meetings together with the Housekeeping department. * Plan and organize the daily work of the reception staff. * Ensure proper compliance with check-in and check-out procedures for each department member. * Supervise the correct execution of processes and activities within the reception area. * Ensure efficiency in service delivery at the reception area. * Optimize the hotel's occupancy management. * Guarantee order, cleanliness, and hygiene in all workspaces belonging to the department. * Provide personalized attention to guests whenever required. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Essential requirements:** * Proficiency in English language. * Knowledge of German language is valued. * Familiarity with various operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Availability to work in shifts. * Strong customer and service orientation.
