We operate primarily across three major areas: water—providing solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste—transforming it into new resources; and energy—improving efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** **Analyze and evaluate vehicle requests within your assigned scope:** * Plan and optimize vehicle allocation according to operational needs. * Coordinate vehicle usage schedules and fleet availability. * Manage vehicle reservations and scheduling. * **Maintain an up-to-date vehicle inventory record:** * Monitor legal documentation (insurance, permits, MOT, etc.). * Manage vehicle registration and deregistration in the system. * Prepare reports on fleet usage and performance. * **Monitor vehicle status and location:** * Supervise compliance with usage policies. * Track operational expenses (fuel, maintenance, fines). * Generate cost and efficiency reports. * **Coordinate with workshops and maintenance providers:** * Manage incidents and breakdowns. * Support logistics for vehicle delivery and collection. * Communicate with internal users regarding vehicle availability and procedures. * **Process invoices related to the fleet:** * Archive and organize documentation. * Update databases and management systems. **Requirements** * CFGM or CFGS qualification or university degree (Business Administration & Management, Engineering, etc.). * Minimum 3–4 years’ proven experience in a similar role is mandatory. * In-depth knowledge of the sector. * Ability to work collaboratively, resilience, proactivity, and accountability. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Additional Information** * Join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth opportunities within the organization.
