As a Restaurant Server, your mission is to serve hotel guests and ensure they enjoy an exceptional dining experience. * Comply with the company’s existing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards, and collaborate with the hotel on their implementation and continuous improvement. * HACCP: Conduct supervision, monitoring, and control of HACCP standards and complete current records. * Set up all types of services offered by the hotel and support service-related activities. * Maintain and care for hotel equipment in good condition. * Comply with the company’s existing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards, and collaborate with the hotel on their implementation and continuous improvement. * Address customer requests and incidents and escalate them to the responsible person for proper follow-up. * Deliver correct and professional service at all times. * Assist in greeting, bidding farewell to, seating, and advising customers on menus and beverages. * Perform customer-facing tasks (e.g., flambéing, slicing, carving, etc.), as applicable. * Customer billing and payment processing. * Set up, prepare, and verify tables according to the hotel’s mise en place standards. * Accurately, promptly, and elegantly take orders and serve food and beverages. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and restocking within your work area during and at the end of each shift.
