Professionals are sought to manage property owner communities in Gijón. Responsibilities include comprehensive property management, preparation and monitoring of budgets and accounts, as well as convening and attending owners' meetings. The role also involves drafting minutes, supervising agreements, coordinating maintenance service providers and services, and handling incidents, complaints, and insurance claims. Administrative and regulatory advice will be provided to property owners. For this position, training in Property Management, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields is valued. Prior and demonstrable experience in managing property owner communities is required, along with knowledge of accounting and horizontal property regulations. Proficiency in computer tools, organizational ability, communication skills, and customer orientation are also required. Employment conditions include an indefinite full-time contract, with working hours from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, reduced during summer to 08:00–14:00\. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for Offices and Professional Practices of the Principality of Asturias.
