Benefits of membership in the Pérez Moreno Group. **Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, the tourism division of the Pérez Moreno Group, we aim to incorporate a **Maître** into the Relaxia Lanzaplaya\*\*\* team. The hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote). Responsibilities: * Support F&B Management in administrative task management and execution. * Coordinate team work schedules, shifts, and vacation planning. * Manage procurement and control of materials required for daily operations. * Conduct purchases efficiently and comply with established procedures. * Organize, supervise, and execute area inventories. * Plan and inspect proper dining room preparation. * Supervise and coordinate team tasks (10\-12 people), ensuring an efficient working environment. * Evaluate team performance and correct operational deviations or incidents. * Actively participate in dining room service, ensuring hotel quality and standards.
