As a Service Technician, you will be entrusted with critical tasks involving maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various lifting equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include: * Performing preventive maintenance tasks, carrying out upgrades, and executing repairs across our full range of port cranes. * Accurately and efficiently diagnosing and resolving equipment faults * Serving as the direct liaison with customers, our engineering department, and teams from our parent company to ensure seamless operations * Identifying and reporting potential sales opportunities during service calls * Meticulously completing all required documentation * Expertly executing repairs and upgrades of drive systems with attention to detail Requirements This position demands a high level of technical competence, strong problem-solving ability, and the capability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic port environment. Essential qualifications: * Specialized training or equivalent in electrical disciplines. * Experience in electrical fault diagnosis and wiring. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Problem-solving and fault-diagnosis capability * Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends) and overtime as required * Physical capability to climb stairs and work at heights * Interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction * Valid driver's license * Unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
