We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency in Lanzarote to reinforce our team. As Booking agent, you will be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, and following up the booking in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we are waiting to meet you. **Main responsibilities:** * Booking management in our destination. * Management of notifications and special requests. * Manage stop sales. * Daily follow\-up of bookings. * Be in contact with TTOO and hoteliers. * Manage incidents and complaints. * Experience of 2 years in similar position. * High level of English, other languages will be a plus. * Tourism studies or related fields. * Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook. * A certificate of disability will be recognised.
