Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at client facilities, covering various technical specialties. Currently, we are looking for a **Comprehensive Maintenance Technician**, tasked with performing **comprehensive maintenance** at client facilities (e.g., supermarkets, hotels, buildings), covering various technical specialties. **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Low-voltage electrical work. * Basic HVAC interventions. * Locksmith repairs and minor auxiliary tasks. * Technical incident response and work progress tracking. **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience in **comprehensive maintenance**. * Knowledge in at least one of the following trades: + Electricity + HVAC + Locksmithing * Versatile and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work autonomously. * Residence or availability to work on the assigned island: Gran Canaria or Lanzarote.
