**We are hiring! We are looking for a Factory Operator in the plastic industry sector (Dos Hermanas, Seville)** At Soluciones Tecnológicas de Policarbonato, an innovative company dedicated to manufacturing translucent polycarbonate honeycomb and solid sheets, we are growing and want to add talent to our team. We are seeking a responsible, positive-attitude, eager-to-learn Factory Operator (depending on experience and learning capacity, could even become Line Supervisor) who wishes to join our rapidly expanding team in Dos Hermanas, Seville. You will be a key part of the production process, helping us maintain quality and efficiency at every stage of daily work, and may quickly assume responsibilities. **What will you do in this role?** * Operation of automated extrusion machinery (we provide full initial training) * Visual and dimensional quality control of the product * Supplying raw materials and monitoring the production process * Recording production data * Cleaning and organizing the work area * Using cutting tools and auxiliary equipment * Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations **What do you need to succeed in this position?** * Technical vocational training is desirable * Experience as a production operator in the plastic industry or material transformation is desirable * Forklift and overhead crane licenses * Commitment, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) **What we offer:** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night) * Salary according to collective agreement (Chemical Industry) * Comprehensive training plan with continuous follow-up * Dynamic work environment with opportunities to progressively take on responsibilities (e.g., Line Supervisor, Shift Supervisor) * Opportunity to join an innovative and expanding project Interested?
