Essential Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of GIS development experience using Esri technology. * Demonstrable experience developing applications with Web App Builder and/or Experience Builder. * Solid knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Server. * Ability to gather functional and technical requirements in GIS environments. * Experience programming with Python, JavaScript, and React. * Experience publishing and managing GIS services from ArcGIS Pro. * Experience in testing, integration, and deployment of applications across different environments. Desirable Qualifications: * Additional backend development knowledge using Java and Spring Framework. * Experience in technical design and enterprise GIS solution architecture. * Familiarity with REST service and ArcGIS API integration. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Ability to optimize performance and scalability on ArcGIS Enterprise platforms. * Knowledge of spatial database administration (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, or Oracle Spatial). * Strong communication and collaborative skills when working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
