Cadastral validation processing (GML) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 4 Technical Architects, Technical Engineers, or Graduates in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geography, or Building Engineering \- Cadastral real estate cleansing in Seville. **Work Location** -------------------- * Seville **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Cadastral map and data consultation and validation. * Cross-checking database information with graphic viewers and information systems. * Validation of information for case file processing. * Geographic information system (GIS) data processing. * Cadastral validation processing (GML). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with these requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, under the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or a University Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Geography (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented training in GIS and/or Cadastre systems (such training must be substantiated with supporting documentation upon application submission). ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 5 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems. * 1 year to 5 years of experience in cadastral data processing. **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time work schedule The application period will remain open from today, December 22, 2025, until December 29, 2025, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
