**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire an Administrative Officer to support subsidy processing in Santiago de Compostela. **Workplace** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Santiago de Compostela **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Administrative review of subsidy files related to timber (e.g., forestry sector companies, timber construction firms, etc.) * Telephone assistance to users **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain), or 12 months of professional experience as an administrative officer. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in office software * Possession of a certified disability equal to or greater than 33%, documented accordingly * Functional capacity to perform the duties associated with the position **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Verifiable training in administrative techniques, totaling at least 1000 hours * Verifiable training in subjects related to the Subsidies Act or the Administrative Procedure Act, totaling at least 50 hours #### **Languages** * Galician Language Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in subsidy processing as an administrative officer (experience under an employment contract) * Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in telephone assistance as an administrative officer (experience under an employment contract) **Other Conditions** --------------------- * Meal voucher * Flexible working hours **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 12 months, with possible continuity or extension, if applicable. + Full-time schedule Each requirement and merit must be verified with separate documentation; the same document cannot be used to justify more than one requirement or merit.
