Key role in maintaining smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction Functions: FandB Operations: Responsible for the compliance to all Health \& Safety Standards Maintenance of the Bar and Kitchen area and equipment. Preparing and serving beverages to the internal and external guests. Compliance with legislation and regulations. Preparing and serving breakfast Serving food and making cocktails on demand Controlling inventory Front Desk Operations: Responsible for all hotel operations to run smoothly, uninterrupted, and according to the set standards Full execution of all Front Desk \& Concierge duties such as check\-in/check\-out, answering questions and resolving the complaints, taking direct bookings, and making local arrangements for guests Coordinating and supervising the Housekeeping Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the working space and the public areas Perform Housekeeping duties on demand Help with the guest luggage on arrival and departure Provide ad\-hock assistance to the manager and the owners of the property. Criteria: GOOD ENGLISH and SPANISH Other languages are a plus Great communication skills Previous experience in the service/hospitality sector is a must Previous experience at the Front desk operations is a plus Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent Pay: 1,500\.00€ per month Language: * English (Required) * Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
