Position Summary: We are seeking an Energy Analyst to monitor, analyze, and actively manage energy services provided to clients, coordinating closely with the Technical and Project Management Departments. Training and participation in large-scale projects Energy Analyst Through nostalento, we are recruiting for a leading energy consultancy an Energy Analyst to participate in the monitoring, analysis, and active energy management of energy services delivered to clients. The role will operate in close coordination with the Technical and Project Management Departments, ensuring proper execution of contracted services, adherence to signed service-level agreements, and compliance with the company's quality standards. Position Mission To carry out and implement monitoring, analysis, and active energy management of our clients' energy services, aligned with the technical criteria defined by the Technical and Project Management Departments, with emphasis on service quality and achievement of energy efficiency objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Collaborate in the development and monitoring of energy efficiency projects to optimize performance and reduce consumption. * Participate in the monitoring of, and, in certain cases, assume responsibility for overseeing, energy management systems implemented at client sites: * Monitoring of energy consumption, energy savings, variables, and determining factors. * Operation of SCADA systems and monitoring and control tools. * Design, proposal, and tracking of KPIs. * Definition, configuration, and monitoring of alarms. * Technical analysis of root causes and effects of identified deviations. * Proposal of improvement and savings measures (including operational changes to production or consumption equipment), and tracking of their implementation in coordination with the client and under consultant supervision. * Client communication for service monitoring and awareness-raising activities. * Conduct energy audits at client sites, identifying savings opportunities and analyzing their impact. * Stay updated on energy pricing analysis and market trends. * Participate in activities related to the active management of buildings or facilities (e.g., incident tracking, inventories, and replacements). * Monitor, when required, maintenance activities linked to energy efficiency and optimal facility operation. * Support, if needed, technical analyses during the pre-commercial technical phase prior to service proposals. What We Are Looking For * Technical or higher professional education (Engineering or related field) * Knowledge of energy efficiency / energy sector * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with interest in energy efficiency and continuous improvement. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Technical rigor, autonomy, and service-quality focus.
