Rural development and natural conservation **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor \- Construction (Zaragoza) in Zaragoza. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Zaragoza Address: Sector VIII \- Monegros II **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize site activities in accordance with instructions from the site manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in activity scheduling, budget preparation, and layout planning. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators in specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Spanish Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the construction sector (50\-60 hours), qualifying you as a preventive resource. ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in companies engaged in construction, civil engineering, or irrigation (professional and/or academic). * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in personnel coordination roles on construction sites (professional and/or academic). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFER DETAILS: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 22 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring reason, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
