Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an electrical engineer to design and implement industrial electrical installations for complex projects, from initial design through commissioning.
Key Highlights:
1. Participation in complex international industrial plant projects
2. Continuous technical development and promotion of innovation
3. Use of EPLAN and advanced electrical design tools
We are looking for a professional for an electrical engineering position at an industrial engineering company that designs and implements electrical installations for industrial plants, handling both national and international projects. The selected candidate will participate in complex projects, adding value from initial design through commissioning.
Responsibilities include defining and designing industrial electrical installations, creating electrical panels and selecting components. Electrical room layouts are also developed; applicable regulations are analyzed; and technical specifications are drafted for clients and suppliers. Electrical calculations—such as power distribution, cable sizing, and electrical room climate control—are performed. Developing power and control schematics using EPLAN is essential, along with supporting motor and instrumentation selection. Technical documentation is prepared for panel builders and installers; supplier quotations are evaluated; and participation in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and commissioning—both no-load and full-load—is required. Coordination with the project management director and other technical teams ensures seamless project integration.
Experience in industrial plant projects and proficiency with electrical design tools—especially EPLAN—is highly valued. Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution is required. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The work environment fosters collaboration and innovation, offering opportunities for continuous technical development.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; more than 5 years is preferred. Experience in industrial plant projects. Proficiency in electrical design tools, especially EPLAN; AutoCAD is a plus. Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution. Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2). Willingness to travel internationally on an as-needed basis. Analytical, solution-oriented, and decisive profile. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
