What will you be responsible for? * Carry out all instructions and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, as well as those responsibilities required by your position. * Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas, maintaining facilities and furniture in good condition using appropriate cleaning products, tools, and materials. * Check daily the functionality of all facilities, electrical appliances in the room, and general equipment. * Change linens according to established procedures. * Stock and replenish rooms with required amenities and supplies. Responsible for waste removal. * Report anomalies, damages, or malfunctions, providing accurate descriptions so repairs can be carried out following established procedures. * Organize and maintain the housekeeping office and trolley in perfect order, condition, and cleanliness, managing stock levels of equipment, linens, and materials according to established procedures. * Hand over guests’ forgotten items to the Housekeeping Manager at the end of each shift. * Review and verify room status, ensuring no discrepancies exist with the system. * Inspect assigned vacant rooms prior to guest arrivals. * Comply with department-specific regulations and occupational health and safety requirements specific to the cleaning area.
