The company stands out for owning its **own machinery**, enabling high autonomy and efficiency in project execution. Moreover, it champions innovation within the sector, having developed and patented its own permeable paving system that combines the aesthetic appeal of natural gravel with high resistance and durability—widely used in urban developments, pathways, parks, and public spaces. It primarily undertakes projects valued between **€500,000 and €5 million**, thus requiring a versatile professional closely involved on-site, capable of coordinating teams, machinery, and subcontractors. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily organization and planning of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams, machinery, and subcontractors. * Monitoring of production, deadlines, and quality of execution. * Surveying and technical supervision of works. * Control of materials and production requirements. * Coordination with the technical office and site management. * Resolution of issues arising during execution. * Supervision of compliance with safety regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. * Tracking project progress and reporting to management. Requirements * Experience as a Civil Works Site Manager, Urban Development Site Manager, or Earthworks Site Manager. * Ability to organize teams and coordinate multiple work packages simultaneously. * Problem-solving, practical profile accustomed to fieldwork. * Knowledge of surveying, production, and construction execution. * Valid driver’s license. Particularly Valued * Computer skills (Office, AutoCAD, construction management tools, or similar). * Experience in urban development, earthworks, and infrastructure projects. * Ability to manage in-house machinery and resources. * Residence in Girona or surrounding areas.
