In Barberà del Vallès, the Logistics Operator position reports to the Factory and Production Director. Key responsibilities include goods receipt and dispatch, manual loading and unloading, project deliveries, cable management, and warehouse and stock administration. Maintaining order and safety in accordance with global service center standards is essential. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work outside standard hours when required. Attention to detail and the ability to resolve everyday problems are also valued. The candidate will handle multiple tasks, operate heavy equipment, and participate in inventory activities and process improvements. A direct employment contract with the end-user company is offered, with an annual gross salary of €26.000 according to the applicable collective agreement, a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and opportunities for professional development and continuous training within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of electricity and motor maintenance is required, along with a valid overhead crane operator license and forklift license (up to 15 tons). Candidates must possess basic product knowledge, including the ability to identify generators, distribution panels, cables, and fuel tanks. Proficiency in basic computer applications—including MS Office—is required, as well as a valid driving license class B1 and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
