Due to increased activity, we are seeking a **Logistics Analyst**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Logistics Team**, you will be responsible for:
* Instructing suppliers and origins to ensure transport and import/export documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and operational requirements.
* Verifying and validating documentation received from abroad, ensuring compliance with current legislation, Trade Compliance requirements and specificities of each operation.
* Coordinating and tracking international shipments from the moment goods are available for pickup, ensuring adherence to deadlines, SLAs and commitments to internal and external customers.
* Managing and ensuring correct preparation of information required for import customs clearance, according to product type and applicable regulations.
* Monitoring customs clearance in coordination with customs agents, anticipating risks and ensuring efficient release of cargo.
* Tracking import and export processes using control tools and reporting systems, guaranteeing up-to-date information and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Calculating, analyzing and validating domestic and international transport logistics costs, identifying opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction.
* Ensuring proper financial closure of logistics processes, verifying compliance with negotiated rates, validating applied costs and guaranteeing correct handling of advances and documentation for the Finance Department.
* Preparing and sharing monthly reports within your area of responsibility by defined deadlines, ensuring visibility of key indicators and operations.
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with logistics KPIs (SLA, lead time, costs, incidents), actively contributing to achievement of departmental objectives.
* Supporting export operations by collaborating with the operations team on document management, logistics coordination and regulatory compliance.
**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
* **Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Administration or related fields.**
* **Experience in international transport management, logistics or supply chain.**
* Knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.
* Practical knowledge of logistics documentation and foreign trade.
* Experience in logistics route and cost analysis and optimization.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
* Intermediate/advanced English level for interaction with suppliers and international teams.
* Analytical capability to evaluate logistics data and make decisions.
* Organization, proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Communication and coordination skills across multiple interfaces.
**Desirable:**
* Experience in industrial environments (electronics, SIM cards, SMD or automotive).
* Knowledge of Trade Compliance regulations and international regulatory frameworks.
* Experience working across multiple countries and complex supply chains.
* Familiarity with data analytics tools or logistics dashboards.
* Experience in logistics cost optimization projects.
