We design and offer a wide range of products, software and services based on two core technologies: digital identification and data protection. Due to increased activity, we are seeking an **Internal Supply Warehouse Operator**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Logistics and Warehouse Team**, you will be responsible for: * Supplying materials to production areas, ensuring availability at consumption points (Kardex, supermarkets, Kanban). * Executing internal material movements from the warehouse to Production according to operational needs. * Preparing, transporting and delivering materials to various departments, ensuring accuracy and traceability. * Sorting and supplying production with pre-processed and batch-identified materials, guaranteeing full traceability from initial batches through to consumption in production. * Managing replenishment of shelving units, Kanbans and automated storage systems (Kardex). * Recording all material movements in the ERP system (Oracle), including receipts, transfers and consumptions. * Labelling materials with barcodes and ensuring correct identification. * Supporting internal warehouse management, including stacking, organization and space optimization. * Participating in the execution of cyclic and periodic inventories, ensuring stock accuracy. * Periodically reviewing stock levels in production areas to anticipate replenishment needs. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, applying 5S standards and good operational practices. * Supporting controlled processes such as card destruction, following established procedures and security requirements. * Strictly complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations, as well as security, traceability and energy efficiency requirements. * Reporting any deviations, incidents or improvement opportunities that may impact material availability or operational efficiency to your supervisor. **Experience, Knowledge and Skills** * Minimum education: Secondary school or vocational training. * **Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or internal supply (material flow).** * Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle. * Knowledge of storage, supply and inventory control processes. * **Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet conveyor systems, forklifts – certification is desirable).** * Organizational ability, attention to detail and operational discipline. * Teamwork and effective communication with Production, Logistics and Warehouse teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable:** * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (electronics, SIM, SMD). * Knowledge of supply systems such as Kanban, supermarkets or FIFO. * Experience with automated storage systems (Kardex or others). * Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies (5S, warehouse organization). **What do we offer?** * Rotating shifts * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers and social benefits such as childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of safety and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
