If you want to be part of a “**Great Place to Work**”, keep reading! **Job Description** **What challenge do we offer?** We are looking for a conversational designer to join EGGSDesign, our UX/UI specialized department, in a hybrid work model based in Madrid. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** Senior conversational designer with experience in: * Designing and writing conversational dialogues that are effective, friendly, and aligned with the brand's personality. * Integrating UX principles to ensure that user interactions with conversational systems are smooth and satisfactory. * Analyzing user interactions with conversational systems and proposing data-driven improvements. * Conducting user testing and adjusting conversational flows based on results. * Documenting and creating style guides for conversational language that reflect the brand’s voice and tone. * Developing conversational flows using DialogFlow CX and/or Open AI * Creating, training, and improving intents * Developing test sets and analyzing data **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Permanent full-time contract * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
