Our core values — collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust — guide us toward excellence. **Your responsibilities will include:** ###### **Business development and commercial activities** Develop business by participating in acquiring new clients and defining new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering). Participate in commercial processes, leading value proposition development and offer construction in this domain, coordinated with technical and delivery teams. Drive targeted commercial initiatives aimed at adopting solutions based on governed copilots and agents for software development. Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities among existing and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this cross-cutting line. ###### **Strategy and portfolio management** Participate in defining the commercial strategy and growth roadmap for *AI for Software Engineering*, aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Co\-define, together with operations teams and other Business Lines, the service portfolio and offerings in this area, structured around services such as: * Copilot and agent governance * AI-assisted code generation, review, and modernization * AI-assisted QA and test automation * AI-driven optimization of the software lifecycle Identify market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio. ###### **Partner and ecosystem management** Manage relationships with key technology partners relevant to this line — both existing and new. Collaborate with leads from other Business Lines in managing established partners. Identify, develop, and consolidate new strategic alliances specifically focused on AI applied to software development. Participate in co\-selling initiatives and joint opportunity development with technology partners. ###### **Internal coordination and cross-functionality** Act as the internal reference for AI for Software Engineering across the organization, working cross-functionally with multiple LoBs. Coordinate with technical teams (BTS) responsible for designing and delivering services, primarily engaging during pre-sales and solution definition phases. Establish synergies with other Business Lines to ensure coherent positioning within the global portfolio. ###### **Economic and operational management** Collaborate in defining and managing the budget associated with this activity line, tracking goal achievement. Contribute to developing the annual operational plan within your scope of responsibility. ###### **Marketing and communication** Identify and participate in events, initiatives, and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team. Support content creation and company positioning in this domain. ###### **To join our team, we expect the following from you:** * Experience in business development, pre-sales, or similar roles within the technology sector. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its execution. * Familiarity with trends in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, copilots, agents, and automation. * Experience in environments combining technical and commercial capabilities. * Consulting experience in technology is desirable. * A multidisciplinary profile with both technical and business experience. * Ability to conceptualize solutions aligned with client needs. * Capacity to engage with clients at both technical and business levels. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Leadership capability in cross-functional environments. * Initiative, proactivity, and results orientation. * Interest in innovation and market trends. * Minimum 10 years of experience; consulting/technology experience is highly valued. * Fluent English for professional environments.
