We are present in **Spain, Mexico, and Peru.** At Kairós, you'll find projects where you can work from home without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What are we looking for?** At **Kairós**, we are looking for individuals with **Product Owner** experience of more than 5 years to play a key role as part of an agile development team, focusing on defining and shaping project approaches and delivery. You will become part of our **Agile** discipline, led by **Carlos Matías and Toni Navarro.** Globally, we are more than **200 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** within this discipline, working in assessment and strategic consulting, product management, Agile training, team coaching, scaling models, OKRs and portfolio, role mentoring, and process redesign. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate closely with stakeholders (global and country levels) and the Scrum team to develop and prioritize the product backlog. * Work with the Scrum Master to ensure requirements align with best agile practices. * Collaborate with your team’s technical lead to create solutions that meet business needs. * Translate high-level business requirements into user stories and work as part of an agile development team to deliver new products in collaboration with stakeholders. * Unblock any dependencies that may arise between business and IT areas. * Help the team define acceptance criteria for each user story. * Work cross-functionally with other IT colleagues to measure end-to-end service for our customers, identifying and implementing efficiencies to improve customer service. **We are looking for people who have...** * 4\+ years of experience performing PO/project management roles * 4\+ years working in an agile environment * Experience managing stakeholders * At least 5 years of demonstrable IT experience, primarily with mobile applications and web development.
