**We are expanding our team at Sagalés!** We are looking for a colleague to join the **Digital Transformation Department.** Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include: * Gathering, analyzing and documenting users' functional requirements. * Translating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. * Participating in the design of ICT solutions aligned with business processes. * Coordinating and monitoring project lifecycle phases (analysis, development, testing, implementation). * Performing functional testing (UAT) and validating deliverables with users. * Preparing functional documentation and user manuals. * Training and supporting key users during the rollout of new tools. * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems. **Our ideal candidate would have the following competencies:** * Autonomous, proactive, open to change, flexible and adaptable. * Curious, creative, initiative-driven and eager to learn in a constantly growing environment. * Interested in innovation and digitalization. * Rigorous, responsible, assertive and strong communication skills. * Analytical, results-oriented and capable of synthesis. **Minimum requirements:** * Diploma or university degree in engineering fields.
