Become a **Devoteamer**. **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with Testing experience to work at a major banking sector client. The first two months will be on-site (Hortaleza area, Madrid), followed by a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote). **Main responsibilities** * Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and understand business requirements. * Translate requirements into testable use cases and functional scenarios. * Design, execute, and track functional test cases using Jira and X\-RAY. * Identify defects and support resolution in collaboration with Product Owners and developers. * Analyze data and process integration across modules to ensure end\-to\-end consistency. * Participate and contribute to backlog refinement from a testing perspective. * Assist in coordinating testing timelines and validating deliverables in hybrid (agile \+ waterfall) environment. **Requirements*** Academic or professional background in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) or related fields. * 3\-4 years of experience in functional testing and software validation, ideally within hybrid environments. * Experience in functional testing and software validation. * Basic knowledge of Jira and familiarity with testing module X\- RAY (training and support available). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Detail\-oriented with a commitment to delivering high\-quality results. * Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders (minimum B2 English level). * Capable of working independently and taking initiative. * Willingness to learn and grow in testing methodologies and QA practices.
