We are seeking a LISO with Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in information security-related roles. * Key Responsibilities: Implement security policies and procedures defined by the global ISO. * Act as the local point of contact for security incidents. * Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns. * Monitor local regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR in Europe). * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Support the IT department in implementing general security measures. * Manage and optimize the use of ServiceNow for information security. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Desirable: Master's degree in Information Security or Risk Management. * Recommended Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), among others. * Experience in implementing security controls, incident management, and regulatory compliance. * Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ENS (in Spain), etc. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of networks, firewalls, operating systems, and security monitoring tools. Vulnerability management and risk analysis. * Ability to conduct internal audits and compliance assessments. Knowledge of ServiceNow for IT service management and implementation of security solutions. * Soft Skills: Effective communication: must be able to translate technical risks into understandable language for management. * Local leadership: coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and human resources teams. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to adapt to changing and multicultural environments.
