* Analyse inaccessible totes and coordinate with Salvesen for replacement when totes are en route. Investigate unknown totes to adjust stock levels accordingly.
* Ensure correct alignment between OSP and Smart, confirming that hive stock matches the accurate stock reflected in Smart.
* Analyse obsolete stock—stock with zero rotation for over 100 days—and jointly propose, with the Procurement Manager and Planning, its removal from the Hive either via Commercial Operations or as transfers to stores.
* Review daily sales performance across your assigned stores and assess seasonal impact, ensuring appropriate replenishment in line with Sales guidelines and forecasts.
* In frozen-food stores, pay particular attention to incoming conditioning (pallet vs. unit or box) to guarantee maximum operational efficiency and optimal use of frozen totes.
* Closely monitor strategic KPIs—including Perfect Orders, Correct Orders, Correct Orders after Delivery—as well as inbound and customer rejections, analysing their root causes.
* Monitor and analyse how goods enter the CFC, ensuring proper decanting and subsequent processes.
