Its primary objective is to prevent defects, optimize production, and guarantee maximum customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer complaints and non-conformities, investigating and resolving quality incidents, defining and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitoring quality indicators, and collaborating with various Operations teams to ensure compliance with specified requirements and continuous process improvement. **Specific Job Responsibilities:** * Design quality control plans and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., ISO 9001\). * Monitor production processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Conduct internal audits of production processes and evaluate external suppliers. * Analyze internal and customer failures and complaints using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of errors. * Collaborate with design and development teams during new product introductions (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA). * Train operational staff on quality standards and good manufacturing practices. * Manage calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment. * Lead continuous improvement projects: Execute improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology to reduce process variability, minimize scrap, and lower the cost of poor quality. **Requirements** **REQUIRED:** * Technical Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification, preferably in electrical or mechanical disciplines. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing Quality functions in industrial environments. * Minimum English proficiency level B2 and fluency in the local language. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with PLM and ERP systems. * Strong analytical ability, orientation toward continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills. **PREFERRED:** * Familiarity with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with various inspection and audit concepts and practices. * Intermediate written and spoken French language skills. **Additional Information** Respect is one of our core values.
