




Currently, we are seeking to hire a **Social Services Teleoperator** for our offices located in **Guadalajara**, responsible for **making calls** to provide **emotional support and telephone accompaniment**, as well as **remotely attending to emergencies** of users of the teleassistance service. **What will you do in this role and what will be your responsibilities?** * Make calls to provide emotional support and telephone accompaniment to users, offering active listening, emotional containment, psychological guidance, and conducting awareness campaigns promoting user wellbeing. * Remotely attend to emergencies reported by teleassistance service users through the call center via phone or digital systems, using management platforms and applications with techniques and skills ensuring service quality, personalized attention, and confidentiality. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract. * Shifts: + Rotating 6x3 shift: **2 morning shifts (7–15h), 2 afternoon shifts (15–23h), 2 night shifts (23–7h), and 3 days off.** + Fixed morning shift: **7 work - 7 days off rotation on a 9 to 14h schedule.** + Fixed afternoon shift: **7 work - 7 days off rotation on a 16–21h schedule.** * Salary: + 37.5h/week: **1,246.48 €** gross/month + **two extra payments** (in summer and winter) + **holiday/Sunday allowance.** + 35h/week: **1,163.38 €** gross/month + **two extra payments** (in summer and winter) + **holiday/Sunday allowance.** **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory ESO education or equivalent. * Strong communication and emotional management skills essential for effectively interacting with users during emergencies and providing emotional support when needed. * Proficiency in office software and typing skills to accurately and efficiently record information during teleassistance calls. * Desirable vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in social-healthcare fields, or professional certification in teleassistance calling. **A little more about us** Tunstall is a leading provider in the healthcare and assistive technology market.
