Your key responsibilities: · Establish warm, professional, and empathetic contact with guests within the sales room, clearly, transparently, and adaptively presenting the product according to each customer's profile. · Apply active listening to identify customer needs, expectations, and motivations, offering solutions aligned with their profile to maximize value proposition. · Coordinate effectively with the team responsible for inviting guests to the sales room, ensuring a steady and qualified flow through smooth communication and shared objectives. · Take an active role in identifying and suggesting potential invitees when necessary, contributing to the generation of opportunities that boost the performance of the sales room. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, its benefits, conditions, and processes, participating in internal trainings and developing skills through continuous self-learning. · Conduct effective sales closings with complete transparency and professionalism, ensuring each sale is properly recorded, formalized, and activated according to established procedures. · Verify the payment status of the first annual fee and confirm product activation, establishing a solid relationship with the customer to provide support, answer questions, and promote loyalty. · Contribute to achieving individual and collective targets by actively integrating into a high-performance team with a culture of collaboration, commitment, and continuous improvement. · Record every interaction and sales closing in the relevant systems or platforms, ensuring traceability and control of each process according to established standards. · Attend and actively participate in trainings, sales meetings, and feedback sessions to enhance technical, sales, and personal skills. · Contribute to achieving individual and team sales objectives, understanding that quality service is the foundation for generating real sales opportunities.
